This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

• You will take charge of the customer's genuine business transformation, beyond just the deployment of Duvo.

• Serve as a management consultant integrated within the customer's organization.

• Engage at the C-level and board level, aligning Duvo's capabilities with tangible outcomes.

• Develop the business case for operational modifications.

• Ensure that the changes are effectively implemented and sustained.

• Assist the customer's organization in adapting to AI transformation.

• Redesign roles and workflows to empower individuals to excel with AI.

• Assess the effectiveness of changes and present evidence packs to boards and executive teams.

• Proven experience in FMCG or retail.

• Background with a Big 4 firm or top-tier consulting experience.

• Credibility at the C-level.

• Ability to measure outcomes and provide proof.

• An expansion-oriented mindset.

• Experience leading transformation initiatives that impacted multiple business units or regions.

• Familiarity with implementing or working with automation platforms (RPA, workflow tools, or similar).

• Practical experience in change management.

• Proficiency in Czech, French, or a Nordic language.
