This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the execution and operationalization of transformation initiatives for both client engagements and internal programs.
• Coordinate with matrixed engagement teams and client stakeholders to implement project plans, facilitate adoption, manage commitments, and meet client goals.
• Convert transformation strategy into scalable workflows, operating models, governance frameworks, and standardized delivery methodologies.
• Assist in the development and ongoing enhancement of client-facing offerings, implementation playbooks, delivery tiers, and operational standards.
• Lead client onboarding processes, readiness assessments, stakeholder alignment, training, and adoption strategies.
• Conduct governance routines, including KPI evaluations, issue escalation, implementation monitoring, and management of operational rhythms.
• Spearhead cross-functional problem-solving efforts related to supply chain transformation, operational reliability, procedural preparedness, and process standardization.
• Manage implementation risks, dependencies, action plans, and transformation milestones across several concurrent initiatives.
• Create executive-level implementation updates, operational assessments, and transformation proposals.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance engagement delivery, workflow creation, stakeholder communication, analysis, and implementation planning while ensuring outputs are reviewed for accuracy, quality, confidentiality, and business relevance.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is required.
• A relevant degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare supply chain operations, procedural workflows, inventory management, operational governance, or performance improvement practices.
• Experience collaborating with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders in provider settings.
• Strong capabilities in project management, facilitation, communication, and organizational change.
• Willingness to travel frequently and promptly throughout the year to fulfill client needs and schedules.
• Preferred experience with ERP systems, analytics, dashboarding, KPI governance, or operational data environments.
• Proven experience in developing implementation plans, operational workflows, governance routines, KPI tracking, or process standardization methods.
