This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead enterprise-wide transformation projects aimed at enhancing operational performance, streamlining business processes, and fostering strategic growth throughout the global Diagnostics organization.
• Oversee projects from the planning stage to execution, encompassing process optimization, organizational restructuring, portfolio and footprint rationalization, and the establishment of new operating models.
• Collaborate on a global scale across various business lines and functions to identify optimal solutions for the Diagnostics Business Area and Siemens Healthineers.
• Provide counsel to senior Diagnostics leaders, influence key strategic decisions, and contribute to shaping the future direction of the business.
• Partner with the PMO Head and senior leadership to pinpoint improvement opportunities and formulate project roadmaps.
• Convert broad business objectives into specific, actionable projects.
• Create innovative solutions for intricate challenges and ensure the successful delivery of project outcomes.
• Report directly to the Head of the Project Management Office and engage with Diagnostics Management.
• A Bachelor’s degree in addition to an MBA or another advanced degree in science/engineering.
• Over 10 years of professional experience.
• Extensive experience in leading enterprise transformation, business optimization, strategy, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Background in a consulting firm, healthcare organization, industrial company, or a similarly complex global setting.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities, ideally in large-scale improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Capability to manage high-complexity projects within a global matrix organization.
• Strong leadership and communication skills across various hierarchical levels, functions, businesses, and geographical regions.
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to drive change and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Project Management and Continuous Improvement certifications, such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma, are preferred.
• Capacity to work with controlled technology in compliance with US export control laws.
