Transcription, Subtitling Specialist – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Generating and evaluating highly precise transcripts for a variety of engaging content.

• Developing top-notch subtitles for video material in accordance with specific formatting guidelines and timing requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in one or more of the supported languages.

• Previous experience in transcription or subtitling, along with familiarity with relevant software tools.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong dedication to linguistic precision.

• Capability to work autonomously and produce high-quality results punctually.

• Bonus: Experience with the ElevenLabs platform and/or other AI-driven transcription and subtitling tools, subtitle editing software, or captioning applications.

• Prior collaboration with language service providers, localization teams, or media organizations.

• Educational background in linguistics, language technology, or media production.
