This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• In the role of Partner Solutions Consultant, you will exemplify exceptional service standards, ensuring the team meets its goals, objectives, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Offer level 2 technical assistance for all products and services branded under SiteMinder, with a primary emphasis on Partner Support.
• Manage cases effectively, ensuring that all support inquiries are resolved or escalated to the relevant team promptly, in line with SiteMinder’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements.
• Engage in continuous learning and enhancement of technical skills and troubleshooting methods, aimed at resolving complex issues in a customer-centric manner.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Global Distribution Systems (GDS), possessing comprehensive knowledge of the technology, services provided, and tools utilized.
• Oversee GDS deployments and training, set customer expectations, address customer issues, and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Adhere to SiteMinder’s best practice protocols, particularly concerning the escalation of any security issues or breaches.
• Collaborate effectively with the global Partner Support team to ensure the best possible customer experience.
• Proven experience in level 2 escalations and/or log analysis.
• A strong motivation and commitment to becoming an expert in GDS Services.
• Knowledge in Reservations Management, including CRS and META search.
• A self-motivated approach to continually enhance personal knowledge and that of the team.
• Excellent skills in customer interaction and conflict resolution.
• A proactive self-starter, with experience in environments driven by SLAs or KPIs.
