This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assists with pre-closing insurance and risk evaluations, coordinating with lenders, borrowers, and brokers regarding new loan originations.
• Provides insurance stipulations based on the type of deal, geographic location, and lender specifications.
• Evaluates proposed insurance coverage, identifying and conveying coverage gaps to lenders and borrowers for resolution.
• Prepares and submits client deliverables that include precise risk assessments and documentation.
• Delivers a comprehensive deal package containing evidence of insurance and other necessary documentation.
• Manages deal flow, client status updates, issue tracking, and resolution processes.
• Adheres to system data standards and ensures data integrity by entering and maintaining complete and accurate information.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent education and experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: relevant insurance experience, financing or commercial transaction management, title, paralegal work, or documentation review.
• Experience in commercial real estate is a plus.
