Transaction Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of Beeline Equity transactions, from initial client interaction to final closing.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the entire process.

• Assess and structure deals with a solid understanding of home equity solutions.

• Assist clients with documentation requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness of files.

• Proactively identify and address issues to maintain transaction timelines and prevent delays.

• Consistently achieve closing targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience as a Loan Originator, Loan Officer Assistant, Processor, HEI customer service representative, or a similar position is advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of mortgage or home equity products.

• Experience in managing pipelines and client communications.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment and show a high degree of adaptability.

• Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
