Training Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the activities of the National Guard Bureau Joint Training Readiness Services (JTRS) program

• Facilitate the execution of the Joint Training System (JTS)

• Carry out readiness reporting and planning for exercises

• Conduct mission assessments and provide training support activities

• Aid in readiness reporting and the management of training data

• Support the information systems related to Joint Training utilized throughout the National Guard training enterprise

• Gather, analyze, and disseminate readiness data

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in supporting DoD training systems

• An active Secret Clearance is mandatory

• Proficient in using DRRS, JTIMS, and JLLIS

• Capable of collecting, analyzing, and reporting readiness data

• Expertise in data management and reporting
