This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the implementation, enhancement, integration, and operational support of Viatris' Production Scheduling solutions, focusing mainly on the OMP Unison platform.

• Act as a communication bridge between Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, and IT departments.

• Collect and document production scheduling requirements.

• Convert business needs into functional design, configuration requirements, and solution improvements.

• Assist in the design, testing, deployment, and stabilization of the OMP production scheduling solution.

• Collaborate with technical, integration, and data teams to ensure system connectivity and data flow.

• Aid in user acceptance testing, scenario validation, and resolution of issues.

• Help with cutover planning, go-live readiness, and support following implementation.

• Monitor system performance and enhance scheduling processes and workflows.

• Identify and minimize manual workarounds by improving system utilization and aligning processes.

• Support training, documentation, and initiatives for user adoption.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors regarding application enhancements and issue resolution.

• Provide status updates and assist in governance activities.

• Contribute to planning for the rollout of additional sites and standardizing processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Relevant certifications in SAP, Supply Chain Planning, Production Scheduling, or other pertinent industry fields.

• Over 5 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing systems, planning, or business analysis.

• Experience in supporting or implementing production scheduling, planning, APS, or supply chain planning systems.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing planning, scheduling processes, and capacity considerations.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across supply chain, manufacturing, operations, and IT.

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.

• Experience in supporting testing, deployment, stabilization, and user support activities.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

• Experience in regulated settings, preferably within pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing.

• Familiarity with OMP or similar advanced planning and scheduling tools.

• Experience in supporting global or multi-site manufacturing operations.

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, MES, ERP, or integrated supply chain systems.

• Experience with change management, training, or end-user support.

• Understanding of master data, reporting, and system integration concepts.
