This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Execute workflows, procedures, and system training utilizing Applied Epic and CSR24 agency management systems.
• Assist new hires, current employees, and staff from recently acquired agencies.
• Educate both new and existing employees on the effective use of Applied Epic and CSR24.
• Provide follow-up and refresher training for current employees.
• Conduct training sessions using various instructional methods, including virtual platforms.
• Organize company-wide webinars and workshops.
• Deliver classroom-style training when on site.
• Instruct on Property & Casualty insurance workflows.
• Develop and maintain acceptable documentation standards related to employee training.
• Keep precise records of employee training.
• Comply with all company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Provide Help Desk support.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial Lines P&C as an Account Manager or Client Service Manager is required.
• Personal Lines P&C experience is preferred.
• An active General Lines or Property & Casualty License is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook is necessary.
• Experience with Zoom is preferred.
• Experience with Applied Epic is required.
• Familiarity with the CSR24 system is preferred.
