This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee the overall relationship and expectations of assigned clients.
• Utilize relationships with current clients to generate additional business and referrals for other services by ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Supervise project management activities throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, which may involve planning, tracking, and completing project deliverables.
• Offer consulting services to clients to identify training needs and guide them in finding the best solutions based on their business requirements.
• Evaluate and design training and documentation solutions relevant to specific job roles, responsibilities, business processes, and procedures for eClinical and clients.
• Create training solutions using authorware tools such as Captivate or Articulate.
• Conduct training through instructor-led sessions, virtual classrooms, and e-learning formats.
• Ensure adherence to eClinical and industry quality standards, guidelines, and procedures.
• Enhance personal training expertise to align with the goals of eClinical.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in instructional design and the application of adult learning theory principles is preferred.
• Proven success in assessing needs, developing and delivering effective training and/or documentation solutions, and facilitating training sessions (including virtual online training).
• Strong project management experience and leadership abilities, including scope management, work planning, and delegation.
• Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment.
• A blend of self-motivation, a can-do attitude, intuitive thinking, flexibility, and strong problem-solving skills within a collaborative team setting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, knowledge transfer, and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to multitask, along with strong prioritization, planning, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry and EDC products and services is advantageous.
• Understanding of ICH/GCP guidelines, 21 CFR Part 11, and clinical trial methodologies is a plus.
• Intermediate to expert proficiency in e-learning development.
• Experience with tools such as Captivate, Articulate, WebEx, Adobe Connect, Flash, etc., is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (particularly Word and PowerPoint) and Windows 2000/XP.
