Momentum Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, design, and implement engaging eLearning courses, training materials, and digital learning resources.

• Develop interactive training modules utilizing Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise).

• Produce instructional videos, tutorials, and screen recordings with Camtasia.

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to convert complex information into clear and effective training content.

• Conduct virtual and/or in-person training sessions as needed.

• Track learner progress and assess training effectiveness through LMS analytics.

• Revise and maintain existing learning materials to ensure their accuracy and relevance.

• Ensure that eLearning content adheres to instructional design best practices and principles of adult learning.

• Offer technical support and guidance to learners concerning training platforms and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Over 3 years of experience in eLearning development or corporate training.

• Proven proficiency with Articulate 360 and Camtasia.

• Experience with COTS Federal Financials Systems (Momentum) is essential.

• Background in developing interactive eLearning modules and multimedia training materials.

• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and principles of adult learning.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
