Head of Learning Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the people manager for the LX team, establishing clear expectations, facilitating success and growth, and ensuring accountability within the team.

• Develop a vision for the operational framework of the LX team, utilizing industry best practices and personal experience with creative teams.

• Recognize and implement enhancements that boost team capacity and productivity, optimizing our team, budget, and resources.

• Consistently assess and incorporate state-of-the-art tools, especially AI and automation, to accelerate the team's pace and output.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Product Management team to ensure that LX's deliverables align with company objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in managing and working with creative teams, particularly within the realm of video production.

• Proven track record of high-accountability management, capable of maximizing the potential of a high-performing team.

• Ability to be resourceful and innovative while operating under tight deadlines or budget constraints.

• A keen understanding of limitations: you adjust quality based on the time and resources at hand.

• In-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for tools and automation, particularly AI tools, along with a desire to infuse that enthusiasm into the team.

• A self-motivated individual who flourishes in a hands-off management setting, takes ownership of their responsibilities with a "roll up your sleeves" approach, is comfortable with uncertainty, and proactively identifies challenges and solutions.

• As an early-stage startup, we seek someone who is not only capable of executing existing strategies but also eager to help create them.
