Training Specialist, Clinical Indication

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Creating and implementing organized training programs that facilitate swift onboarding and uniform performance across clinical indication workflows.

• Assisting in workforce expansion by standardizing training processes, enhancing time to productivity, and minimizing dependence on production staff for onboarding.

• Collaborating closely with clinical, operations, and quality teams to ensure that training is in line with current workflows, quality benchmarks, and advancing system capabilities.

• Crafting and updating training resources, including SOPs, job aids, workflow guides, and competency evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master of Science or Master of Arts in Genetic Counseling from an ACGC-accredited program or its equivalent.

• Board certified in Genetic Counseling by ABMGG or ABGC.

• Must be eligible to work in the USA without restrictions.

• 3–5+ years of experience in a clinical genetic testing laboratory is highly preferred.

• Proven experience in clinical indication review, data abstraction, or clinical workflow execution.

• Previous experience in training, onboarding, or curriculum development is preferred.
