Training Specialist, BCM APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Conducting training sessions on various systems, processes, and tools including CargoWrite, SQL, and automation solutions.

• Assisting in project-based training efforts, which encompass system migrations and client implementations.

• Breaking down complex subjects and customizing content for diverse audiences.

• Working collaboratively with local trainers and serving as a cultural and linguistic liaison.

• Effectively managing group dynamics to ensure participant engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain, business administration, engineering, hospitality, or a related field.

• A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in supply chain/logistics.

• Proficient in English; knowledge of Mandarin or another APAC language is an advantage.

• Strong presentation abilities with confidence when addressing groups.

• Patience, integrity, and a focus on people.

• Capability to comprehend processes, quickly learn systems, and proficient in MS Office.

• Willingness to travel frequently.
