This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• The Training Specialist plays a vital role in the Learning & Development (L&D) function by managing, enhancing, and overseeing training content available on SharePoint and other related learning platforms.
• This position collaborates closely with L&D team members and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure that training materials are accurate, up-to-date, well-organized, and easily accessible.
• Additionally, this role will assist in optimizing the platform.
• The Training Specialist is responsible for supporting the development, coordination, and administrative execution of training activities that facilitate effective onboarding and ongoing role-based learning, including technical expertise in SharePoint or other platform improvements and developments.
• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, professional training, and experience.
• Proven experience with SharePoint for page development, document management, and collaboration.
• 2–4 years of experience in a training, learning operations, or administrative support role, ideally within a regulated or professional services setting.
• Experience in supporting learning platforms (e.g., SharePoint, LMS, document repositories).
• Familiarity with clinical research, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Capability to organize complex content in a structured and user-friendly manner.
• High attention to detail with robust version control and documentation practices.
• Ability to adhere to defined processes, standards, and governance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service orientation.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable working independently while closely collaborating with a cross-functional team.
• Proficiency in communicating effectively in the English language.
