This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to evaluate training needs, create suitable content, and implement effective learning solutions.
• Oversee the organization and execution of onboarding specific to new hire roles.
• Develop and facilitate training programs that are instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning based.
• Act as the primary contact for training inquiries and offer insights on existing tools, templates, and resources.
• Administer and support the learning platforms and systems utilized by the Learning and Development (L&D) department.
• Ensure proper maintenance of training documentation, records, and reporting to comply with regulatory standards.
• Work together with functional leadership to create and uphold role-based curricula across various functions.
• Bachelor’s degree, postgraduate degree, or equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare field.
• At least 4-6 years of clinical trial experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, and/or healthcare environments.
• Skilled in using learning development platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong writing skills and meticulous recordkeeping abilities.
• Capacity to plan and oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of establishing positive working relationships with individuals and teams.
