This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take charge of comprehensive learning projects and develop solutions that meet genuine business needs.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to assess learning requirements, design educational solutions, and execute complete learning projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint learning requirements and establish clear objectives.
• Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through interviews with stakeholders and subject matter experts, translating their requests into organized learning solutions.
• Ensure alignment with stakeholders regarding scope, expectations, and success criteria during the discovery phase.
• Create MVP concepts and educational programs utilizing instructional design principles and learning frameworks.
• Partner with SMEs and experts to extract, validate, and organize knowledge into learning content and resources.
• Oversee the complete delivery of small to medium-sized learning projects, managing planning, priorities, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
• Collect feedback and assess learning effectiveness to enhance learning solutions and outcomes.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning & Development or Corporate Education.
• Strong proficiency in learning methodologies, instructional design, and Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Familiarity with learning frameworks such as Bloom's Taxonomy and Kolb's Learning Cycle.
• Proven experience in managing learning projects from the initial discovery phase through to implementation.
• Excellent project management abilities, including planning, task decomposition, estimation, and prioritization.
• Proven experience in gathering requirements and facilitating alignment among diverse stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs to convert expertise into impactful learning content.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and practical experience with AI productivity tools.
