Manager, Learning and Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to evaluate training requirements, create suitable content, and implement effective learning solutions.

• Oversee the coordination and execution of role-specific onboarding for new hires at Precision for Medicine, including scheduling and tracking as necessary.

• Create and facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning training programs that adhere to adult learning principles.

• Act as the initial point of contact for training inquiries, offering guidance on existing tools, templates, and resources.

• Manage and support the learning platforms and systems utilized by the Learning & Development (L&D) function.

• Ensure precise training documentation, records, and reporting are maintained in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Work alongside functional leadership to develop and sustain role-based curricula by function, including documented annual reviews of curricula and training hour requirements, with updates made as regulations, organizational needs, or role expectations change.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, postgraduate degree, or equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare field.

• At least 4-6 years of experience in clinical trials within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO settings, with a minimum of 4 years in roles directly related to clinical trial execution supporting delivery teams in training and development.

• Proficient in learning development platforms.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate in English.

• Strong writing and recordkeeping skills.

• Capable of planning and managing multiple complex projects.

• Proven ability to foster positive working relationships with individuals and teams, both internally and externally.

• Fundamental understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities concerning the execution of a clinical development plan.

• Comprehensive knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines related to clinical trial management.
