This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Conduct both online and in-person training sessions, equipping voize coaches to provide effective instruction.
• Facilitate engaging and motivating training experiences for caregivers to enable quick product activation.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, and Customer Success teams to address onboarding challenges.
• Assess training effectiveness and revisit training for groups exhibiting low engagement.
• Regularly update and enhance training materials based on participant feedback.
• Carry out onsite visits for cases with low product adoption to re-engage users.
• Demonstrated experience in Train the Trainer programs, especially with large audiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and motivating users.
• Background in training professionals, preferably in the healthcare or caregiving industry.
• Enthusiasm for technology adoption and a commitment to empowering others to embrace change.
• Proficient in German (C2 level) and possess a good command of English.
• Availability to travel 2–3 times per week to meet with customers; ideally, you are located in Berlin, Munich, Cologne, or Frankfurt, with flexibility to travel.
