This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Ensure the consistency, quality, and effectiveness of our training programs and operational standards.
• Develop and maintain engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and digital resources.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to update and enhance training content and delivery methods.
• Support Team Leads in staff professional development and track course completion.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs; suggest improvements based on feedback and performance.
• Conduct regular evaluations of operational practices across teams and individuals.
• Maintain thorough training records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Oversee adherence to necessary training certifications and documentation.
• Analyze training-related metrics and trends to identify performance gaps and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and address future training needs aligned with business growth.
• Strong training and coaching skills—we prioritize candidates with substantial training experience over previous QA exposure.
• Proven background in training, including the delivery of training sessions and coaching practices.
• Experience in assessing training effectiveness and providing structured feedback.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese.
• Fluency in English is essential; bilingual proficiency is highly preferred.
• Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail coupled with proactive problem-solving abilities.
• A full, clean driving license with at least 2 years of driving experience in Japan.
• No at-fault insurance claims in the last 3 years.
• Demonstrated safe and confident driving skills with a willingness to continue learning.
• Willingness to disclose any secondary employment as part of the application process.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment and/or post-offer health check.
