Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and deliver compelling eLearning courses, training materials, and digital learning assets.

• Design interactive training modules utilizing Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise).

• Produce instructional videos, tutorials, and screen recordings with Camtasia.

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to convert complex information into clear and impactful training content.

• Conduct virtual and/or in-person training sessions as needed.

• Track learner progress and evaluate training effectiveness through LMS analytics.

• Revise and maintain current learning materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.

• Ensure that eLearning content adheres to best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles.

• Offer technical support and advice to learners regarding training platforms and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Over 3 years of experience in eLearning development or corporate training.

• Proven expertise in using Articulate 360 and Camtasia.

• MUST have experience with Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Federal Financial Systems (Momentum or Oracle).

• Experience in creating interactive eLearning modules and multimedia training resources.

• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning theories.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
