This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and implement key learning and development programs utilizing best practices in learning, which may encompass elements such as e-learning, classroom training, learning communities, one-on-one sessions, action learning, and/or a blended approach.
• Collaborate with department representatives and subject matter experts to address the design and delivery needs of training resources.
• Attend department trainings, meetings, and calls to gain a deeper understanding of the requirements of the assigned department(s).
• This may involve working as part of the assigned department(s) team to acquire insights regarding the needs of the role(s) within the department.
• Actively utilize technology, industry best practices, external networking, and alternative learning methods to continuously enhance RxBenefits' learning and development initiatives.
• Create and implement onboarding and employee development programs.
• Support the development and facilitation of both ongoing and newly established training initiatives.
• Oversee the ongoing course development and inclusion in the LMS for assigned department(s).
• Ensure integration of learning programs with other HR and talent processes.
• Coordinate and manage assigned corporate initiatives as required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development, professional development, or a related field.
• Proficient in adult learning theory with practical application experience in a workplace setting.
• Proven track record in the design, development, and delivery of innovative programs and products.
• Strong communication skills to interact with all levels of management and external partners.
• Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks/projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills combined with strong business acumen.
• Willingness to travel for team summits/trainings as necessary.
• Solid experience with the Microsoft Office suite, video editing, and content creation tools.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous projects.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proactive approach to tasks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High energy and a strong 'can do' attitude.
• Capacity to travel up to 10% as required.
