Professional Development Facilitator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Conduct high-quality professional development sessions both in-person and virtually.

• Partner with the Customer Success Training and Operations Coordinator to deliver engaging professional development experiences designed to enhance educators' skills in effectively utilizing Screencastify.

• Support the development and design of session materials.

• Ensure that all resources created comply with Screencastify's branding guidelines and maintain the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

⛳️ Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of experience in teaching or coaching within K–12 educational environments.

• Show proficiency in leading professional development sessions for educators, both in-person and online.

• Exhibit outstanding organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects at once.

• Communicate effectively with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Display empathy and an understanding of the challenges encountered by teachers and educational leaders.

• Be willing to travel and conduct sessions during school hours as necessary.

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field, or have equivalent experience.

• You will differentiate yourself if you:

• Have experience in designing and leading online or in-person professional development sessions for educators or educational leaders.

• Are knowledgeable about using Screencastify.

• Have worked with diverse student populations, including English learners, students with special needs, and gifted/talented students.

• Have the ability to read the room and the virtual environment to adapt in real-time when necessary.
