Training Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance our training ecosystem for both internal teams and clients.

• Establish our training roadmap and oversee projects from initial scoping to final delivery.

• Identify priority audiences and topics while measuring the impact and success of training initiatives.

• Refresh, enhance, or discontinue content as requirements evolve.

• Assess training effectiveness through participant feedback and evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, or learning and development.

• Proven experience in owning or co-managing a training program or curriculum across diverse audiences and products.

• Track record of auditing, enhancing, and scaling an existing training program successfully.

• Strong understanding of adult learning principles with practical experience in applying them in design, facilitation, and evaluation.

• Proficiency in using a Learning Management System (LMS), such as TalentLMS or comparable platforms.

• Knowledge of e-learning design, content creation tools, and basic screen capture, image, or video software.

• Demonstrated ability to utilize data to evaluate training effectiveness and refine program design and delivery.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
