This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Supervise the activities of the department and its trainers in educating Operations team members.
• Manage Kronos timekeeping records for direct reports; participate in and review new hire training sessions, and follow up with department supervisors regarding customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Quality Management System (QMS) training on the floor using the Floor Training Tracker.
• Conduct needs assessments with department supervisors; assess training materials, suggest enhancements, and serve as a training instructor when required.
• Produce special reports from the Employee Training Database and the timekeeping system.
• Develop and implement a procedure for maintaining, organizing, and storing all training records; convert paper records into electronic format in the database to ensure compliance with the Records Retention Matrix.
• Revitalize the QMS training process by creating and distributing necessary training rosters and sign-off sheets, ensuring adherence to QMS training standards.
• Organize and sustain the supporting organizational structure in the Employee Training Database (including employees, roles, and related QMS training requirements) to reflect the quality training standards of the organization.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with warehouse management or inventory systems.
• Capability to adhere to the 7S program.
• Proven track record of maintaining a safe work environment by following and enforcing safety practices.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role with supervisory duties is preferred.
• Experience in an ISO environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of the Supply Chain Quality Policy and a dedication to process excellence by ensuring proper, efficient, and accurate use of the processes.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities; capable of utilizing various interpersonal styles and communication methods to effectively adjust to new work structures, processes, or cultures.
• Ability to build and sustain effective, collaborative working relationships both internally and externally.
