This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Schedule appointments for customers and dispatch technicians based on their location, availability, and the type of job.
• Oversee daily schedules for technicians and make real-time adjustments as jobs are completed, delayed, or newly assigned.
• Collaborate with field technicians throughout the day to ensure timely job execution and keep customers informed.
• Handle incoming customer calls and provide backup support during peak call volume times.
• Interact professionally and warmly with customers from the initial contact until the job is completed.
• Address customer issues, complaints, and follow-up requests with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Prepare estimates and quotes based on job specifications and pricing guidelines.
• Follow up on open sales opportunities and convert inquiries into scheduled appointments.
• Assist the owner in finalizing jobs and maintaining a strong conversion rate on incoming leads.
• Generate invoices and ensure customer payments are processed accurately and punctually.
• Keep financial records organized and flag any discrepancies or outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate and updated customer records in Jobber or a comparable CRM.
• Organize job notes, schedules, and customer history for easy accessibility.
• Support general administrative and operational tasks as the business expands.
• Exceptional spoken and written English communication abilities, with a warm, professional, and confident phone demeanor.
• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or operations management within a service-oriented business.
• Preferred background in the home services industry, particularly in garage doors, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar fields.
• Proficient in using CRM platforms; familiarity with Jobber is a significant advantage.
• Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to real-time schedule changes.
• Comfortable engaging with customers, addressing objections, and following up on sales leads.
• Proactive, reliable, and self-motivated, with the ability to manage operations independently without constant supervision.
• Authentic interpersonal skills, enabling quick trust-building with both customers and field technicians.
