Consultant – Creator Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main operations support for the creative and marketing team, providing assistance with daily operational tasks as needed.

• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external production companies, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery.

• Collaborate with external scriptwriters and internal stakeholders to guarantee a smooth flow of scripts throughout the production process.

• Monitor deliverables, follow up with stakeholders, and proactively address any obstacles or delays.

• Facilitate comprehensive operational coordination to ensure that creative production, approvals, and execution occur without interruptions.

• Assist in ad production and campaign operations by managing operational tasks as necessary and ensuring all processes function smoothly.

• Foster clear communication across teams and maintain accountability until all issues are resolved.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills in both English and Hindi, both written and spoken.

• Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Microsoft Excel.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and workflows.
