Service Field Operations Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic oversight for field operations within the NAM region

• Lead and coordinate field service operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality support for customers

• Supervise field operation managers, field engineers, and technicians

• Manage service schedules, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve operational performance across HVDC, FACTS, ACIS, and GIS technologies

• Promote operational excellence, safety, and quality while instilling a sense of accountability

• Mentor the team to provide seamless, value-driven service that enhances long-term customer relationships and drives business growth

• Engage with customers as the primary point of escalation and strategic partner

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams

• Actively promote EHS standards and ensure training compliance with legal requirements

• Maintain resource loading and capacity planning

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English and French (preferred)

• 5 years of experience as a team manager / Prior experience in field operations and services

• Strong preference for a bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering

• Experience in Transmission and Distribution substation engineering for utilities and renewable energy power plants

• Field experience in electrical, mechanical, controls, and protection disciplines
