• Create and develop training curriculum.
• Oversee the delivery of training for Product Delivery Excellence processes and practices in collaboration with both internal and external subject matter experts and trainers.
• Arrange, manage, and lead training sessions, including logistics, preparation of materials, and communication with participants.
• Keep training calendars updated, monitor attendance, and handle registration processes.
• Work with stakeholders to determine training needs and ensure that the curriculum is in line with PDx and design controls standards, as well as content and methodologies.
• Evaluate training effectiveness by collecting feedback and reporting on completion rates and program metrics.
• Manage relationships with trainers, which includes vetting external providers, coordinating contracts, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Maintain all training documentation, materials, and content within the learning management system.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in training, learning & development, instructional design, or a related area, with over 3 years in corporate training.
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing effective training programs.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and virtual training platforms.
• Over 3 years of prior experience in the medical device sector, utilizing standard product development process and project management methodologies.
• A confident and passionate educator who is user-focused and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to travel 5 to 10% of the time.
