• Collaborating with fellow Learning Coordinators to guarantee consistency, best practices, and shared capabilities across the Group.
• Assisting in the delivery of a structured, engaging, and effective onboarding experience for new employees.
• Monitoring live calls as part of established plans to pinpoint training needs and enhance performance.
• Guiding new employees through their transition while staying updated on call handling procedures and occasionally managing live calls as necessary.
• Aiding in training identified through Training Needs Analysis (TNA), which includes leadership and externally provided training.
• Contributing to the implementation, upkeep, and ongoing enhancement of the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Ensuring that learning materials are current, relevant, well-integrated into the business, and aligned with organizational requirements.
• Collaborating with L&D Leads and business leaders to prioritize learning initiatives and meet established plans.
• Assisting in the design and execution of development programs, including initiatives for leadership development.
• Utilizing LMS data to offer insights, monitor engagement, and support evidence-driven learning decisions.
• Fostering a “One Team” mentality by sharing knowledge across Group functions and promoting best practices.
• Prior experience in a training or learning-oriented role.
• Telecare trained.
• Experience in designing or developing training programs.
• Background in a call center or volume environment with the ability to identify training needs.
• Experience in delivering training to both remote and office-based staff.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities.
• A customer-centric mindset coupled with a resilient, proactive approach.

• Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Experience providing training remotely.
• Familiarity with compliance-related training and regulatory environments.
