• Develop, implement, and manage the regional commercial training strategy and roadmap for CADR, ensuring it aligns with corporate guidelines, business priorities, and integrates cross-functionally across Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, and other commercial sectors.
• Promote consistent adoption and enhancement of the Sales Model across various countries by establishing training standards, certifications, governance, and KPIs to ensure high-quality execution and measurable field impact.
• Create and implement scalable, role-based learning curricula for Sales, District Managers, Trade Marketing, Marketing, new hires, and high-potential talent, utilizing adult learning principles, blended learning models, and digital platforms.
• Enhance internal training capabilities by leading Train-the-Trainer programs and collaborating with Medical, Marketing, and Commercial Excellence teams to weave scientific, strategic, coaching, and facilitation excellence into learning experiences.
• Foster field application of training and the sales model through regular field visits, observing sales execution, and assessing actual behaviors against expected standards.
• Improve coaching effectiveness and performance impact by providing structured feedback and coaching to District Managers, assessing training outcomes through diagnostics and KPIs, and formulating targeted action plans to bridge capability gaps.
• Collaborate directly with the General Manager, Country Managers, and functional leaders, leading Regional Training Manager meetings to evaluate training execution and impact, share best practices across affiliates, agree on priorities and corrective actions, and ensure regional alignment while accommodating local market needs.
• Act as the primary training liaison with senior leadership, coordinating Regional Training Manager forums to assess program results, exchange best practices, set priorities, and align regional initiatives with local execution requirements.
• Track training implementation, adoption, and effectiveness using defined metrics, ensuring certification of essential selling skills, and continually updating learning content based on market dynamics, competitive insights, and changing business priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, health sciences, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative.
• Proven ability to design, deliver, or facilitate training initiatives that enhance commercial or organizational performance.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, coaching fundamentals, and behavior-change methodologies.
• Substantial exposure to commercial processes, go-to-market strategies, or customer-facing activities, either directly or through close collaboration with Sales teams.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills required.
