This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Clearly define strategic goals and enhance the current model of teacher development.
• Investigate global and local best practices for continuous professional growth, addressing cascade loss, mindset changes, and instructional coaching.
• Collect participant feedback and field data to continuously refine training materials.
• Partner with peer organizations and ecosystem collaborators within the education sector.
• Modify and incorporate technology-driven or blended training solutions to ensure scalability.
• Create and deliver engaging, high-impact learning experiences for educators.
• Train internal team members and external Master Trainers to guarantee exceptional delivery standards.
• Collaborate closely with the core curriculum team to ensure that training designs align with educational objectives.
• Work with government entities (such as SCERTs) and internal operations teams to synchronize training timelines and practical implementation.
• Lead and mentor a small, dedicated team to accomplish the vertical's strategic objectives.
• A minimum of 10–12 years of overall professional experience.
• Demonstrated success in curriculum design and large-scale teacher training initiatives for public schools.
• Previous experience as a classroom teacher for several years is highly preferred.
• Direct experience collaborating with government stakeholders, system leaders, and teachers in government schools.
• Comprehensive understanding of effective TPD models, adult learning theories, and experiential learning frameworks.
• Strong ability to conduct research, analyze both qualitative and quantitative data, and clearly identify systemic challenges.
• Excellent facilitation abilities for both small and large group settings.
• Exceptional observational skills to accurately assess teacher needs.
• Highly innovative, collaborative, resilient, and entrepreneurial—able to balance design rigor with the adaptability needed for on-the-ground implementation.
