This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Enhance organizational effectiveness by focusing on organizational design, workforce planning, and role clarity.
• Lead and refine the enterprise performance management process.
• Conduct talent reviews, 9-box calibration, and development planning.
• Assist in succession planning and the development of bench strength.
• Create and facilitate leadership development programs, including a high-potential program.
• Develop educational tools, playbooks, and associated materials.
• Monitor and report on metrics related to performance, talent, and leadership.
• Assist the Head of HR in preparing for monthly business reviews.
• Support organizational change initiatives.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess a valid government-issued photo ID.
• 5 to 8+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or HR Business Partner roles.
• Proven experience with performance management and talent reviews.
• Strong skills in facilitation and program design.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with leaders.
