Organizational Development Instructional Design Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Take a central role in Learning & Development, Content Creation, Instructional Design, Program & Project Coordination, Communications, Facilitation, Training, and Content delivery.

• Report directly to the Senior Vice President of Organizational Development.

• Contribute actively from the outset, with support from leadership.

• Develop processes in areas where they are currently lacking.

• Design engaging learning experiences tailored for adult learners.

• Organize and facilitate workshops.

• Oversee multiple projects while prioritizing urgency and significance.

• Proactively seek feedback and consider deliverables as evolving documents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

• Have 3–5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or instructional design.

• Proven experience in creating and delivering professional development or leadership training programs.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Capable of project coordination and problem-solving.

• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations.

• A self-starter with initiative.

• Ability to manage multiple large-scale, multi-year projects at the same time.

• Ability to maintain clarity while navigating complex scenarios.

• Skilled in creating content for specific audiences and adapting as needed.

• Strong relationship-building skills with external coaching partners, internal clients, vendors, and team members.
