Training & Launch Associate – Restaurants

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Travel to kitchen locations throughout the UK to conduct 4-5 training sessions each week

• Provide training to kitchen teams on food preparation and presentation, as well as the GK playbook and brand-specific playbooks, ensuring that every site meets our standards upon launch

• Prepare for and plan the following week's launches while executing the current week's activities

• Collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure a seamless transition for newly launched kitchens

• Work with the Onboarding team to identify issues, relay feedback from the field, and consistently enhance the launch process

• Represent Growth Kitchen in the kitchen environment - maintaining professionalism, energy, and adherence to our standards

⛳️ Requirements

• A hands-on background in restaurants or professional kitchens is essential

• Must be comfortable with extensive weekly travel across the UK and be open to flexible working hours (not including weekends or holidays)

• Highly organized and self-reliant - you will be managing a busy schedule with numerous moving parts

• A strong communicator capable of training and motivating teams you have just met

• Eager to learn, grow, and advance - this role is designed for individuals who take initiative

• Resilient and adaptable, as no two kitchens are alike

• Fluency in English and the right to work in the UK are mandatory
