Training Facilitator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Enhancing and delivering an exceptional training experience

• Providing one-on-one coaching as well as guidance in small group settings

• Evaluating deliverables to ensure they meet established quality standards

• Addressing tool-related challenges across platforms such as Canva, GoHighLevel, and social media scheduling tools

• Tracking performance while offering constructive feedback, evaluations, and necessary corrective measures

• Working collaboratively with the Training Supervisor to enhance training outcomes

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing

• Prior experience in a role as a Trainer, Mentor, or Team Lead

• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, both individually and in group settings

• Proficient in technology with practical knowledge of CRM systems, email marketing, social media tools, and funnel-building software

• Demonstrates a high level of initiative, emotional intelligence, and confidence in leading others

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Must be based in the Philippines and available for night shift hours
