Training Enablement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Implement Roadmaps: Independently oversee multiple concurrent roadmaps, balancing strategic agility with meticulous daily execution.

• Enhance Operations: Develop and manage enablement frameworks, content libraries, and reporting mechanisms to ensure uniformity among trainers.

• Expand Onboarding & Advancement: Take charge of the onboarding process for new Trainers, minimizing ramp-up time and guaranteeing consistent readiness across various regions.

• Drive Product Change: Convert product updates into communications that foster customer engagement and adoption.

• Promote Efficient Training Development: Create scalable coaching and development frameworks that empower frontline leaders to effectively coach, certify, and cultivate Trainers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in customer onboarding, adult education, sales enablement, or a dynamic operational environment.

• Proven experience in managing change through influence among diverse, cross-functional, and cross-regional stakeholder groups.

• High degree of autonomy: A genuine "go-getter" mindset with the capability to independently advance initiatives.

• Demonstrated success in analyzing complex, cross-functional inputs, designing the ideal workflow, and creating a highly organized strategy.
