This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Play a vital role in assisting our Oak Street Health patients, providers, and business by facilitating the hands-on implementation and maintenance of a high-performing Epic Super User network.
β’ Act as the main link between the Oak Street Health Learning team and the enterprise Clinical Informatics team, ensuring strategic coherence between both entities.
β’ Conduct high-quality Epic training sessions for both clinical and non-clinical personnel as required.
β’ Guarantee that all staff receive effective Epic training and ongoing support across all regions through careful program operations, relationship management, and training facilitation.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in program coordination, program management, or project management (preferably in healthcare or IT).
β’ Must have proven experience in training facilitation or classroom instruction.
β’ Demonstrated experience in coordinating logistics for training, adoption, or support programs.
β’ Established track record of executing programs that engage large, distributed stakeholder groups.
β’ Proven ability to manage complex relationships and act as a full-time liaison between large enterprise teams to ensure logistical coordination.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills focused on coordination and information dissemination.
