Learning Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business and HR partners to evaluate learning requirements and suggest suitable learning solutions.

• Provide expert advice on learning initiatives, adult learning techniques, and sourcing strategies.

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of learning program implementation, including budgeting, contracting, scheduling, and quality control.

• Develop and nurture robust stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with business goals and organizational culture.

• Work together with internal teams and external vendors to deliver uniform and impactful learning experiences.

• Assess program effectiveness, collect feedback, and foster ongoing improvement.

• Remain up-to-date on trends in learning and development and implement best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in applying learning principles and performing learning needs assessments.

• Strong grasp of adult learning theory and strategies for learning interventions.

• Proven capability to consult with and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience collaborating with global or cross-functional teams.

• Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Business and financial knowledge, including experience in managing budgets and contracts.
