This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the training and development initiatives for Patient Coordinator, Billing Call Center, Patient Experience, and Document Control teams.
• Assume responsibility for training programs, utilizing artificial intelligence and data analytics to pinpoint skill deficiencies, design effective onboarding processes, and implement them successfully.
• Ensure that all training efforts are in alignment with the company’s overarching business objectives and operational targets.
• Leverage artificial intelligence tools to enhance the development of training materials and improve contemporary e-learning experiences.
• Work in partnership with supervisors to evaluate current and upcoming training needs through job analysis and performance reviews.
• Create tailored training and development plans for individuals and teams.
• Evaluate, choose, and maintain training resources to guarantee they are up-to-date, accurate, and efficient.
• Facilitate effective induction and orientation sessions.
• Offer structured opportunities for ongoing employee development and skill enhancement.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading training programs, preferably for inside sales or revenue-generating teams.
• Knowledge of established sales methodologies (e.g., Sandler, The Challenger Sale, SPIN).
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
• Preferred qualifications in Learning & Development (e.g., CPTD, APTD), process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt), or healthcare compliance and billing (e.g., CPB, CPC, HIPAA).
• Experience in medical billing, healthcare document control, or patient experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Strong technological aptitude with expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS), generative AI tools, data analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI), and instructional design software (e.g., Articulate 360).
