Training & Development Specialist – Leadership Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Provide organized onboarding and role-specific training for Virtual Assistants (VAs)

• Instruct, mentor, assess performance, and reinforce ABS Non-Negotiables and core values

• Create and develop training programs that are consistent with ABS SOPs

• Aid in enhancing training materials for improved clarity and effectiveness

• Recognize performance gaps and deliver focused coaching

• Work in partnership with the Training & Development team and cross-departmental teams to enhance training effectiveness

• Standardize reusable training materials to minimize retraining efforts

• Review VA training videos and offer constructive feedback

• Investigate and assess external training resources

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in training, teaching, or coaching (preferred)

• Experience in virtual or remote work environments is advantageous

• Knowledge of structured training programs or learning management systems is beneficial
