📋 Description

• Oversee and execute training programs created in partnership with the Training Development Director, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and comply with necessary regulations.

• Establish and manage data collection methods to assess the effectiveness of training, learner engagement, and performance results.

• Create project plans, timelines, and milestones for training activities, monitoring progress and resolving any challenges that arise.

• Confirm that training materials adhere to regulatory standards and contractual obligations, compiling reports for leadership evaluation.

• Lead a team of training specialists and instructional designers by conducting performance reviews, mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with set training timelines and objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree with three (3) years of experience in training program implementation, instructional design, e-learning production, learning management system (LMS) administration, project management, analyzing training performance metrics, compliance monitoring, content creation, curriculum development, instructional development, education, or special education, along with knowledge of learning principles, change management, learning strategies, organizational development, succession planning, digital learning, performance coaching, and talent development; OR a Bachelor’s degree with one (1) year of relevant experience as mentioned above; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• Candidates must reside in North Carolina and within Trillium’s service area.

• Willingness to travel within the designated area as needed.
