• Spearhead the marketing of innovative body contouring solutions.
• Foster strong collaborations with healthcare professionals.
• Conduct effective training sessions to enhance the adoption and success of products in your designated area.
• Actively assist in the marketing and sale of all capital equipment and consumables within the CoolSculpting division.
• Responsible for executing effective territory penetration, coverage, and account identification to boost sales.
• Provide training, presentations, and demonstrations to clients regarding the application and usage of the company’s products.
• Inform customers about the indications, contraindications, and safety of the company’s products.
• Assist in regional training workshops and trade shows within the territory for CoolSculpting.
• Maintain regular communication with both the Head of Sales (Body Contouring) and the National Sales Manager on all critical territory matters.
• A Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) is required.
• 2-4 years of proven success in selling medical products, services, and capital equipment to healthcare providers is preferred.
• Direct customer engagement experience within the aesthetic industry, including dermatology and plastic surgery audiences, is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service and support to facilitate the integration of CoolSculpting and Body Contouring procedures.
• Experience in consumables and device sales is preferred.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with all employee levels in English are essential.
• Proficiency in French is an advantage.
• A valid driver’s license from the province of residence and a clean driving record are required.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% to adequately cover the region, including multi-overnight stays, trade shows, and corporate/training meetings.
