• Coaching, mentoring, and developing Area Managers.
• Overseeing individuals in outside sales within the designated region.
• Assisting in the recruitment and training of new area managers.
• Presenting and selling the company's products and services to both current and prospective clients.
• Preparing action plans and schedules to identify specific objectives and project the anticipated number of contacts.
• Identifying sales prospects and reaching out to these and other assigned accounts.
• Developing and maintaining sales materials along with up-to-date product knowledge.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Managing Area Managers through quality assessments and follow-up actions.
• Identifying and addressing client concerns.
• Compiling various status reports, including activity updates, closings, follow-ups, and goal adherence.
• Communicating new product and service opportunities, special developments, and feedback gathered through field activities to relevant company staff.
• Creating and executing special sales initiatives to mitigate dealer attrition.
• Participating in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing campaigns.
• Traveling within the assigned territory is required.
• Must be comfortable with traveling up to 75% of the time to visit Auto Dealers.
• Performing other assigned duties as needed.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management.
• High energy with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and various sales software applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a closely related field.
• Candidates must reside within the region.
• Strong computer skills are essential, particularly in MS Office (Excel and Word).
