
Training Development Lead, Manager – Clinical Trial L&D Experience Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the development of course materials, including course design, publication, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical, instructional design, and operational management for programs, ensuring accountability for project commitments.
• Communicate and promote a global understanding of training strategies and objectives.
• Manage deliverables according to approved plans and timelines across multi-functional teams, including course design, development, and deployment.
• Collaborate with relevant business lines and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to proactively assess training needs and develop training programs.
• Offer advice on processes as necessary and monitor activities related to compliance oversight of training programs, ensuring evaluation for effectiveness and customer satisfaction, incorporating feedback into continuous improvement.
• Develop metrics and performance measures, along with reporting and analysis, to meet business needs and regulatory requirements; manage the budget for training projects.
• Ensure adherence to training and education regulatory requirements while consistently implementing best practices, standards, and training globally to maintain inspection readiness.
• Mentor junior colleagues and act as a role model.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, or clinical development.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions.
• Proven knowledge of adult learning principles and experience in instructional design.
• Strong understanding of Clinical Research & Development, Pharmacovigilance, and/or Regulatory aspects in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Preferably, prior experience in monitoring adherence to compliance-based training programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, the Articulate suite, and at least one of the following: Adobe, Vyond, Camtasia, Storyline, Rise, Synthesia, Well Said Labs, or Powtoons.
