This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitates and administers both virtual and onsite training courses for the IMCOM Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW).
• Collaborates with Areli managers, fellow facilitators, IMCOM proponents and Contracting Officer Representatives (COR), as well as subject matter experts (SME) to schedule virtual courses and integrate course updates.
• Develops and revises course materials using Microsoft Office products.
• Works alongside multiple instructors, government course proponents, SMEs, and managers to deliver and enhance IMCOM DPW courses for both virtual and self-paced learning.
• Employs Microsoft Teams as a platform for virtual collaboration and instruction.
• Participates in professional communication, correspondence, and troubleshooting within virtual platforms.
• Strong public speaking and instructional skills are essential for this prominent role.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Proven excellence in both verbal and written communication.
• Strong and dependable time management abilities.
• Proficient use of video conferencing tools, particularly Microsoft Teams, in a professional setting.
• Exceptional customer service skills along with experience in briefing and public speaking.
• Capability to meet and uphold suitability requirements for access to classified information.
• Willingness to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations for onsite course facilitation.
• Previous experience with Army DPW is preferred.
• Current or recently active Common Access Card (CAC) holders are preferred.
• Prior experience in training or instruction is preferred.
• Familiarity with ADDIE course development and the ELM instruction model is preferred.
• Flexible scheduling options to accommodate various time zones (0600-2300).
