Instructional Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the creation and execution of scalable, on-demand training programs.

• Works alongside subject matter experts to develop and author courses that incorporate suitable learning theories.

• Produces high-quality course materials utilizing instructional technology and crafting interactive learning experiences within the courses.

• Oversees and evaluates courses to ensure adherence to established standards.

• Aids in the formulation of guidelines and standards for the development of online courses.

• Collaborates on revisions and ongoing course development and upkeep.

• Applies a systematic approach to instructional design.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a Technology-Related Field (Required)

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience (Required)

• Skills: Proficient in Computer Literacy, Critical Thinking, Professional Presentation, Team Collaboration, Waterfall Model, and Independent Work.
