This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee the scheduling and logistics for training sessions for both internal and external participants.
• Handle training calendars, manage registrations, and facilitate communications with attendees.
• Assist instructors with session setup, preparation of materials, and follow-up tasks.
• Organize and keep training materials, documentation, and shared resources in order.
• Monitor attendance, gather feedback, and maintain basic reports on training activities.
• Provide administrative assistance related to training delivery and program coordination.
• Aid in ensuring uniformity in training processes, communications, and execution.
• 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, coordination, training operations, or related roles.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism.
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
• Comfortable in a remote working environment.
• Proficient in standard business software (email, calendars, spreadsheets, document management).
• Experience in supporting training programs, events, or educational settings is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Zoho or similar) is a plus.
