This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of training programs that promote employee growth, adhere to regulatory standards, and enhance operational excellence throughout the organization.
• Design and manage training initiatives utilizing AI platforms to produce training materials in various languages.
• Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop content and supervise training operations within the EQMS training module.
• Direct and manage training functions within the EQMS training module.
• Ensure that training programs comply with quality benchmarks and regulatory mandates.
• Assess and analyze the effectiveness of training programs, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement necessary modifications.
• Offer support and guidance to trainees while addressing any issues related to training.
• Maintain comprehensive training records, compliance documentation, and certificates.
• Organize and schedule both internal and external training sessions.
• Assist in the budget planning for training and development initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training requirements.
• Facilitate onboarding and promote continuous learning programs.
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, training, quality assurance, or a related discipline.
• Preferred certification in instructional design or training development.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical or food industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with EQMS training modules and quality assurance procedures.
• At least 2 years of experience in training development or coordination.
• Experience with AI platforms and video content creation.
• Exposure to international or multi-site environments is a plus.
